Placing an Order

Ordering from Loom Collection is quick and easy:

  1. Browse your favorite products
  2. Add items to your cart
  3. Proceed to checkout
  4. Enter your shipping and payment details
  5. Confirm your order

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order:

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS
  • If you do not receive confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder
  • Orders are only confirmed after successful payment authorization

Order Status

You can track your order status through:

  • Your customer account
  • Shipping confirmation emails
  • Tracking links provided after dispatch

Common order statuses include:

For such items:

  • Delays may occur depending on stock availability or production timelines
