If your order totals 500aed or more, and you are located in Dubai, Abu-Dhabi or Sharjah city limits only, you qualify for free delivery.
For all other areas as well as areas outside of city limits,(e.g. Al Ain, Western region, Liwa, etc.) we charge a nomimal delivery fee.
All orders less than 500aed carry a nominal charge as well.
Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an email or phone call to confirm the delivery day and time.
Shipping into UAE
Furniture items are stocked in our warehouse and generally ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Items marked as "Pre-Order" have the delivery information stated in the description of the product. Please read this carefully, you might also want to reconfirm this info before placing your order.
Some products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Each product may have specific shipping lead times. Orders with multiple items may have different arrival dates.
Most of our products ship within 2-3 business days. Items with longer lead times (including made to order rugs or beds) have the approximate lead times listed in the product description.
Items are shipped via our inhouse delivery teams to your home and we will assist with product assembly.
